Cardboard Piano-Autographed

Debbie and Tina are best friends, and they do absolutely everything together. . . until the day that Debbie, who is taking piano lessons, makes a cardboard piano for Tina, who is not. When Tina returns the cardboard piano because she can’t hear the music when she plays it, Debbie questions everything about her friend. Is Tina really interested in things that are beautiful? In adventure and excellence? Well, of course Tina is, as evidenced by her attention to style and beauty when they play dress-up and by her accomplished bike-riding skills. There have been a lot of picture books about friendship, but there has never been a book quite like The Cardboard Piano. Its transformative music will linger long after you close the cover.
